We make certain price adjustments based on the size, condition, and other amenities. We then arrive at a recommended list price. As the owner of the home it will always be YOUR decision to select the “asking” price, it is our role to provide you with the right guidance and obtain the best price and terms for the sale of your home.

Pricing your home too high could have a significant adverse effect, many times you end up selling the home for below market values because the home stayed on the market longer.  We work hard to price the home right from the start which leads to a faster and more profitable sale for our clients. Many homeowners interested in selling often visit Zillow to see what their home is worth. Zillow is a real estate marketing website which uses various algorithms to obtain a “Zestimate”. A Zestimate can be a great starting point, however trusting an algorithm to determine the list price of your home could be a huge mistake, so we encourage you to do your own research. We would love to be part of your fact finding mission.
