The Lehigh Valley real estate market is reflective of the current economic recovery. The number of closed sales in June 2013 increased by 9.2% since the same time last year and Lehigh Valley homes are selling 15.4% faster than last year at this time, according to the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors (LVAR) latest report.
