Everyone here at Keller Williams Realty is looking forward to our biggest day of the year to “Give Where We Live!” We’ll get together for a day of fun helping three different groups in the Allentown area. Here in the Lehigh Valley, The Turning Point, the 6th Street Shelter, and The Program for Women and Families are anxiously awaiting our help.
Red Day (Renew, Energize, and Donate) is a Keller Williams service initiative that was established to allow Keller Williams real estate agents to give back by improving their local communities. Activities include fixing up older homes, providing food for the homeless, or any other service related activity. This year’s Red Day is Thursday, May 9, 2013.

In order to make this event as successful as possible, Keller Williams asks for your help with donations. You may be a homeowner, a volunteer, or someone who is eager to help! However you choose to get involved, every little bit counts.
Donations Needed
Both the Turning Point of Lehigh Valley and the 6th Street Shelter are very happy to have help freshening up their apartments and buildings with cleaning, painting and gardening.
Turning Point collects used cell phones to raise funds for their life saving programs. Surely we all have a few of those golden oldies sitting around just waiting to be donated! They also currently need:

•DVD’s (family friendly)

•Sleepwear for women and children (all sizes)
•Clorox Wipes (Antibacterial Wipes)
•Gift Cards (Grocery Stores, Wal-Mart, Target, pharmacies, Wawa)
•Razors
The Program for Women and Families is grateful to have our help with gathering and donating things from their current needs list, including:
•15 copies of the book Lord of the Flies
•15 copies of the book The Great Gatsby
•Small denomination gift cards (WAWA, SUBWAY, WALMART, TARGET, etc.)
•Vacuum cleaner for the office
•Educational learning toys for children
•LANTA one-day bus passes
•Lysol cleaning wipes
•Laminating sheets
•LED projector for classrooms
•Lined 3-home punch notebook paper for classrooms
Donations can be dropped off at the Keller Williams Allentown office, located at 40 S. Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18104, during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm
