POST PUBLISHED IN 2010. ALL DATES EXPIRED.

You won’t need twelve drummers to celebrate this holiday with your true love.  Instead, enjoy a 12-course meal featuring local organically farmed and raised ingredients at Starfish Brasserie at 5:00 p.m. on December 12, 2010, located at 51 W Broad Street, Bethlehem.

Head chef and owner, Kris Sandholm has prepared an eclectic range of surf and turf ranging from braised duck consommé and Keepsake Farms milk-fed veal to grouse mousse brioche and cold poached sea scallops.  Sumptuous desserts like ladyfingers and berries, wintergreen panna cotta and chocolate lollipops will satisfy your sweet tooth whether you’re naughty or nice.  And, both the optional beer and wine pairing and music by Dan DeChellis Duo offer the perfect alternative to that partridge in a pear tree.

Keeping with the spirit of the season, this dinner is part of a larger series that raises awareness about eco-friendly and sustainable “Farm2Table” dining.  Starfish Brassiere serves only local organically farmed and raised ingredients, including seafood that doesn’t harm the ocean’s ecosystems.
