Haunted houses, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, trick-or-treating, and more await you in the Lehigh Valley this year to celebrate the Halloween season!  All throughout the month of October, there are Halloween events waiting to scare you!

Boofest: Ghosts and Goblins have transformed The Crayola Factory into Autumn Colors for the annual Boofest events.  Come see scarecrows and fall festive vignettes while enjoying colorful projects and a pumpkin decorating contest!  The Crayola Factory is located at 30 Centre Square, Easton.  Call 610-515-8000 for more information.

Downtown Bethlehem Ghost Tour: Every Friday and Saturday through October 31, from 6-7:30pm, join a lanterned walking tour at Rockin’ Joe Coffeehouse and Bistro, 1 West Broad Street, Bethlehem.  Call 610-882-3500 for more information.

Ghost Stories of the Lehigh Valley: “Join us for a haunting good time with the area’s premier ghost-story expert, Charlie Adams of Berks County, as he relates ghost stories of the Lehigh Valley.  There is even a tale in which the [Liberty Bell] Museum is featured.  After the program, Mr. Adams will sign copies of his books, including Volumes 1 and 2 of  “Ghost Stories of the Lehigh Valley.”  Seating is limited.  Cost: $5.00 Donation for the program; separate cost for books; Please call 610.435.4232 for reservations.”

Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival: A pirate ship, children’s haunted house, corn, and hay mazes, new Teen Terror at the Woods, a one-stop place for Halloween fun at Country Junction, Route 209, Lehighton happening weekdays 12-5 and Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11-6 through October 31, weather permitting.  The tickets are $6.00.  Call 610-377-8400 for more information.

Halloween Haunt at Dorney Park: Thirteen scare zones, 400 monsters, roller coasters, daytime children’s Boo Blast, and activities happening Noon-10pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through October 31 at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Route 222, Allentown.  Tickets range from $23-$32.99.  Call 610-395-3724 for more information.

Haunted Woods: Benefits Mercy Special Learning Center and Keystone Soldiers, at 7125 Carls Hill Rd in Zionsville, PA on Saturday’s from 6 to 10:30pm and Sunday’s from 6 to 9pm.  Children ages 6 and up are welcome!  There will be a DJ at the Haunted Woods every Saturday.  Call 610-966-3688 for more information.

Seiple Farms Corn Maze: Come and get lost in this year’s corn maze that spans over 12 acres with over 4 miles of paths within at Seiple Farms, Route 329 in Bath.  Also enjoy farm animals, a straw maze, a haunted barn, pony rides, hayrides to the pumpkin patch, and rides and food for everyone!  Saturdays 10am-5pm and Sundays 12pm-5pm during October.  Children ages 3 and under are free, otherwise, tickets are either $6 or $7 for the corn maze.  Call 610-837-6282 for more information.
